The exhibition focused for the first time on the theme of "service-oriented manufacturing," bringing together full-chain service resources from R&D to market, and achieving a shift from "selling products" to "selling services," building a high-end cooperation platform for the industry in trade matching, technical exchange, and service empowerment.

This year’s exhibition, themed "Global Manufacturing, Guangrao Services," attracted more than 800 high-quality enterprises from around the world, featuring more than 300 first-launch industry technologies and products. New energy, intelligence, and green development became the exhibition’s main highlights. Huasheng Rubber launched the memory rubber tire, equipped with PSDS core technology and featuring "intelligent memory rebound" performance. It can automatically adjust its shape according to road conditions, offering low rolling resistance, high wear resistance, and ultra-quiet performance, making it suitable for the high load and long-range needs of new energy vehicles.

"This year, we brought the latest memory rubber tire developed by our R&D center. As everyone knows, wear resistance and noise reduction are often contradictory requirements, so in the design process we developed our proprietary noise-reduction sipes within the tread pattern to play an interference role and thereby reduce the external noise of the tire," Zhang Jing, deputy general manager of Shandong Huasheng Rubber Group, told reporters.

To implement the spirit of the National Service Industry Conference, and to promote deep integration between Guangrao’s manufacturing advantages and the potential of the service sector, this year’s exhibition has innovatively created a Guangrao tire industry service-oriented manufacturing zone, covering five major sections: R&D and design, digital-intelligent enablement, testing and certification, financial services, and project services. It has also launched the industry’s first "rubber tire industry chain supply-demand matching platform," guided by the "industrial brain" for rubber tires, building a service ecosystem and providing full-chain services for enterprises.

"The panoramic display is a solid footprint of the leap from traditional manufacturing to service-oriented manufacturing, centrally showcasing the innovative practice of high-end manufacturing plus high-end services in the rubber tire industry, continuously building a new service-oriented manufacturing ecosystem across the entire chain, accelerating the industry’s transformation toward high-end, intelligent, and green development, and creating an engine for innovation and development in the global tire industry," said Cai Hui, first-level staff member of the Industrial and Information Technology Bureau of Guangrao County.

Even more noteworthy is the establishment of the AI intelligent exhibition zone. Leading companies such as Huawei and Inspur brought industrial AI solutions, demonstrating how digital technology empowers traditional industries. The number of intelligent manufacturing enterprises participating in the exhibition increased by more than 10% year on year.

"The rubber tire industry brain can provide enterprises upstream and downstream of the rubber tire industry with full-scenario intelligent applications such as digital transformation, industrial finance, resource supply and demand matching, and expert knowledge bases, helping enterprises reduce costs and improve efficiency," said Shen Zhouquan, general manager of the North China Center of Inspur Yunzhou Industrial Internet Co., Ltd.

Leveraging the exhibition’s empowerment, Guangrao County’s rubber tire industry has achieved capacity expansion and quality improvement, building a complete industrial chain from raw material supply, technology R&D, and tire manufacturing to inspection, testing, and circular utilization, with its level of high-end, intelligent, and green development continuing to rise. The county’s annual radial tire production capacity has reached 196 million units. Eight enterprises have entered the global top 75 tire companies in succession, and the county has been selected as a national characteristic industrial cluster for small and medium-sized enterprises and a leading manufacturing cluster in Shandong Province.
