In 2010, a conveyor belt division was established and a new high-end, high-strength conveyor belt production line was added, with an annual production capacity of 6 million square meters. In line with market trends, Shandong Hongsheng Rubber Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2014, launching a 24 million-set high-performance, low rolling resistance, environmentally friendly semi-steel radial tire project, which was officially put into production in November.

Beginning in 2016, wide-base, tubeless, and high-wear-resistant load-bearing radial tires became a new growth point. High-performance passenger radial tires with flatter profiles, higher speed ratings, better wet grip, lower noise, better handling, and higher safety have become the main semi-steel radial tire products. The group launched the innovative brand ROADBOSS for all-steel radial tires and semi-steel radial tire series to global markets, bringing consumers around the world more comprehensive product and service options.

2019, after negotiations and docking with the Shuangxing Group, the company participated in operating the Shandong Hengyu Technology 1.8 million-set high-performance, environmentally friendly, energy-saving all-steel load-bearing radial tire project. Based on the original foundation, it successively invested 520 million yuan ( 2020~2022) to integrate existing production and manufacturing equipment, carry out automation technology upgrades and intelligent equipment replacement, and comprehensively improve informationization in production, processes, and testing, in line with the company’s intelligent transformation and upgrading.

In 2020, to adapt to the development of independent innovation and entrepreneurship, the construction of a technology R&D center covering an area of more than 50,000 square meters with a total investment of 150 million yuan began, and it is expected to be basically completed in June 2021. The R&D center consists of a physical and chemical testing center, a technology R&D center, a performance testing center, and expert apartments, forming a high-performance green tire R&D base integrating in-depth evaluation of raw materials, polymer property research, R&D of new high-end tire materials, product simulation and testing.

The company’s tire products have already entered the European market through distribution partnerships with companies such as Deldo in mainland Europe and Bond International in the United Kingdom, and have achieved good results in that market.
